Perfect Marvelous Miss
The scoring ladder comes straight from the arcade: Flawless, Marvelous, Perfect, Great, Good, Bad, Miss. Except instead of stepping on arrows you're typing code, and the editor grades you on speed, accuracy, and whether you just fixed a syntax error.
Built May 2 2025, packaged as a VSIX under the knoeone publisher, with show and toggle commands so you can turn it off when a meeting starts. Yes, I wrote install docs for a joke extension.
It made for a funny afternoon in a pretty serious week: egui bindings on the first, this on the second, a virtual DOM on the fourth, tumeric a few weeks later. I've always had a silly project going next to the serious ones, all the way back to 1997, when my Dragon Ball Z fan site was also the first HTML I ever wrote.
