Mario Party Meets D&D
The pitch was Mario Party meets D&D: a digital board game with dice, characters moving between spaces, and whimsical low-poly 3D. Unity and C#, one day in July 2025.
I built the skeleton. Two scenes, a main menu and a fantasy game board. Scripts split up the way I always do it: PlayerController, BoardManager and BoardSpace, UIManager, GameManager and DiceRoller. Then folders for Events, MiniGames and Combat, which is the actual game, and those stayed empty. The dice roll and the piece moves.
It came a month after Benedict, during a stretch of one-day projects, and it's filed under games I've started rather than games I've made.
