• 2 oz Flor de Caña (or dark rum)
• 1 cube sugar
• 5 dashes peach bitters

Muddle sugar and bitters. Stir in rum with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish: Red bell pepper slice, yellow bell pepper slice, green onion.
