DataFrames For A New Language
A new language starts with nothing, so a lot of things are easier to borrow than to write.
Polars is one of the best things in the Rust ecosystem, and tish-polars is a binding layer that brings it to Tish. A script imports it from tish:polars and gets CSV and Parquet reading and writing, the DataFrame basics, and SQL over frames, joins included. Filesystem and HTTP stay in their own modules, since Tish gates those behind features on purpose. The examples are a batch job that parses a CSV, computes a summary and writes out a results file, and an HTTP variant of the same.
