Coming Back To Give
Give was a name I'd already used once, back in the Give.mobi years, and in March 2020 I used it again. New stack, same word, in the first week of March 2020, when everyone was suddenly thinking about how to help.
Next.js 9 with MongoDB behind it, FontAwesome Pro on the front, started from my own Now starter so the first day was just configuration. Setup was six steps written for me, and step six was the word boom. Give.mobi had taught me that donations are more about trust and reporting than payments, and I wanted another pass at it. It never launched.
