The Painter's Journey
Loic Zimmermann and I worked together at Luma Pictures, and after we both left I kept working on his projects. In September 2014 it was Gamma Wray, his documentary about the painter William Wray. The film's tagline was "The painter's journey of William Wray."
The site was a static AngularJS single page with what a film site needs: a teaser, a trailer, a film section and a story section. It was on GitHub Pages at gamma-wray.com, since a documentary promo site doesn't need a server. I updated it from September 2014 to May 2016 as the film hit new stages.
I did friends' film sites like this in between Crunchbutton work, and a year later I did another one for Loic, for a documentary about a different painter.
