Ultima Hosting
PHP hosting signup site (plans, multi-step signup, PayPal payment, whois, cPanel API hooks and a hosting admin) that I built in 2005 under the Ultima brand; the ultimapics folder is an identical copy.

Signup, Step Three
I'd been selling hosting for a couple of years by 2005, small, and I kept rebuilding the software that sold it. This one was under the Ultima brand.
It was the plans, a three-step signup that handed the customer to PayPal and took them back whichever way they came, a whois check so they could pick a domain first, and a hook into cPanel so the account got set up when the payment cleared without me doing anything. There was an admin side for me, the legal and support pages, and templates and language files, since I was building everything translatable by then.
I built it in two days in August 2005, and an identical copy went out as ultimapics. It was the same idea ArzHost ran on, under a different name.
