Easy Web Mailer
I wrote this in June 2003 and was still dropping copies into anything that needed to send mail to a list in 2005.
Easy Web Mailer, PHP and MySQL, "Devin Smith (php@arzynik.com)", under a Creative Commons non-commercial no-derivatives license, misspelled as "Creative Commins" in the banner. It had attachments (up to five uploads), a language file so the interface could be translated, a mail class, and a paperclip GIF. It also had $postmax and $postinterval: twenty messages, then wait an hour and a half.
The 2005 copy was set up against the radiorad_radio database. It was the mailer behind RadioRadio, the artist radio community I was building for Owl Technology that spring.
