Second Pass At The Store
groovegate.com went up in December 2004 as "groovegate - information and downloads." I rebuilt it in the second half of 2005, July to November, in two pieces: admin and site2. I copied the frontend to site2, kept the admin that already worked, and fixed what needed fixing while the old version stayed up.
It was PHP and MySQL running a music store: artists, albums, genres, labels, tracks, a cart, downloads and an embedded player. The admin backend was where someone approved artists, tracks and news before they showed up on the store. This was ArzDev freelance work, and it was the most complete store I'd built up to then.
