Prompt Suggestions From Beyond
Same Day Skunkworks at the studio was where an idea got a name and a weekend, and in the last week of June 2022 that name was Ghostly Stock. It was a Next.js and Tailwind site selling "prompt suggestions from beyond" for AI image generation. It grew queued services behind it and kept going until March 2023.
In mid-2022 the next thing was generative images, and nobody knew yet what the products around them would look like. Ghostly Stock was my guess: a stock media catalog where the stock was the prompt.
It was a busy year, with a Shopify build in March and Space Water in June. Ghostly Stock didn't become a company, but it ran nine months, longer than most of the skunkworks ideas.
