The App Called Quokka
Quokka was a mobile app the studio built. Expo SDK 36, Apollo talking to a GraphQL backend, Facebook login, and Galio for the UI kit.
It was a four-month build, October 2019 to February 2020, the kind of project the studio did a lot of then. Expo got us onto iOS and Android without a native build pipeline, and for an app that's mostly forms, flows and text it never held us back.
At the same time I was contributing Go to a Filecoin node and building a Unity city on the side. We wrapped on February 18th, 2020, a few weeks before everything shut down.
